keynote for ipad
Just like with Pages, I didn't know why I had the Keynote app automatically on my phone and iPad. But I've learned a lot about Keynote this week. In "Getting to Know Keynote", the step by step explanations of each feature on the app. When I started making my "Something to Hoot About" presentation, I went in more confident than I would have without that prior knowledge. When it came to chapter 3, I seriously utilized the split screen feature on the iPad! This beautiful project didn't take me nearly as long as I thought it would because I had those easy step by step instructions. I'm glad I had the chapter 4 advice on how to save the Keynote project as a PDF, because the project is way too big to send by itself in an email. In "Going Further", I got the idea that my students could use the Keynote app to do visual book reports. Book reports make most students roll their eyes, but a Keynote book report is much more engaging for them! I love the Keynote app, and I'm glad I have a handle on it.
